Resilient Communities, Today and Tomorrow
Established in 2011 in Hong Kong, Prudence Foundation is the community investment and philanthropic arm of Prudential plc. We build financial wellbeing and climate and health resilience for underserved communities in Asia and Africa to realise local impact today and lasting change tomorrow.
In delivering our mission to strengthen community resilience for underserved communities, our programmes focus on two key areas: Financial Literacy and Inclusion and Climate and Health Resilience. We also support local initiatives through our Community Action and Impact efforts.
We empower individuals and communities to make informed financial decision, and support access to financial inclusion.
We help strengthen health resilience against the impacts of climate change for the underserved and vulnerable communities

Financial literacy & inclusion
The Cha-Ching programme has reached 2.8 million children, and more than 87,000 teachers trained cumulatively, across 16 markets in Asia and Africa.
