Today’s best workplaces celebrate diversity, creativity, collaboration and teamwork. Menara Prudential, our Malaysia headquarters in the landmark Tun Razak Exchange financial district, is a vibrant office dedicated to delivering the best for our customers.

The building houses Prudential’s insurance, takaful and asset management businesses in Malaysia under one roof, bringing together more than 2,000 employees. It also features a Prudential branch on the ground floor and a regional training facility.

Incorporating elements from Malaysian culture, natural scenery and urban landscapes, Menara Prudential features over 10 types of workplace settings suited for activity-based working. Open collaboration areas and work cafes are ideal for group discussions, while focus pods and flex offices offer more privacy and space for individual focused work. Height-adjustable desks are available for employees and all floors are enabled with wireless technology. A mother’s room and daycare facilities are available for working parents.

The 27-storey building is Grade A, LEED1 Gold and MSC2 certified, with resource-saving measures such as rainwater harvesting and recycling. Other features include low-emission glass and materials to reduce building heat and increase indoor environmental quality. A building management system optimises lighting and temperature.

Prudential was the first to open its Malaysia headquarters in the country’s new financial district, Tun Razak Exchange. Menara Prudential is home to Prudential’s insurance, takaful and asset management businesses in Malaysia, bringing together more than 2,000 employees.
